You can control how much information others can see on your Outlook calendar by adjusting your calendar permissions.
Common Permission Levels
- Can view when I'm busy – Others see only your availability.
- Can view titles and locations – Others can see event names and locations.
- Can view all details – Others can view complete meeting information.
Important
If your calendar is shared with Can view titles and locations, that visibility may include everyone in the organization, including students.
Change Calendar Permissions
- Select Share Calendar.
- Select your calendar.
- Select My Organization.
- Choose the desired permission level.
- Select OK.
