Microsoft Teams - Clear cache (Installed version)

1. Open Microsoft Teams.
   
   
2. Quit Microsoft Teams; right-click the Microsoft Teams icon in the system tray and select Quit.
   
   
   
   
3. Open File Explorer. (The yellow folder in your taskbar) 
   
   
4. Paste the following in the location bar.  %appdata%\Microsoft\teams
   
   
   
   
5. Inside the Teams folder, look for a folder called ‘Cache’, and open it.
   
   
6. Delete all files inside this folder.
   
   
7. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for the following folders. You will find all these folders in the same location as the Cache folder.
• blob_storage
• databases
• GPUCache
• IndexedDB
• Local Storage
• tmp
  
  
8. Open Microsoft Teams.
   
   
9. Sign in with your account.
   
   
10. Your cache has been cleared.
