Lost or Stolen CCPS-issued Devices

Lost Devices

Students who need to replace a CCPS-issued laptop that has been lost must notify their school noting that the device was lost and indicating if a replacement device is needed.

Stolen Devices 

Students who need to replace a laptop that has been stolen must first file a police report with their local police department. 

• Note the report number, the date the complaint was made, and the name of the person taking the complaint. This information will be required when contacting CCPS for a replacement.  You may also submit a copy of the Police Report in leu of the information above.  
• Notify their school noting that the device was stolen and include the Police Report information and/or a copy of the Police Report.
