How do I open the Microsoft Teams desktop client?

Select the Windows icon in the bottom left of the screen (Start menu). You should see the Teams icon in this menu which you can click on.

If you do not see it in the start menu, you may download and install it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/download-app

If those options do not work, please submit a ticket with the help desk team with an explanation of the problem.
