Zendesk Portal: Requesting assistance on a closed ticket

In the event you still require assistance on a ticket after it's closed, the requester has the option of reopening the ticket or requesting a follow-up ticket.

  1. In the event that the ticket is marked as Solved but you still require assistance with this issue:

    Simply click create a follow-up at the bottom of the ticket.  This will let the help desk team know you still require assistance and will put a support agent back in touch with you.
