Signing in to the Zendesk Portal provides a consistent experience for the end-user and allows them to track ticket status's and provide updates as needed.
- Navigate to the Zendesk Portal https://calvertnet.zendesk.com
- In the upper right corner, click Sign in
- Staff and students should enter their Office 365 credentials in the subsequent prompts to log in.
