The ticket status page offers users the ability to track, update, solve and reopen tickets.
- The My requests screen allows you to:
- Search requests that you either entered yourself or were included on
- Review requests you were CC'd on. This is especially helpful for School-based Technology Coordinators (SBTC) at each school since they are included on each ticket opened at their respective school.
- Filter by the current ticket status.
- Review each ticket.
