Zendesk Portal: The anatomy of the ticket status page

The ticket status page offers users the ability to track, update, solve and reopen tickets.

  1. The My requests screen allows you to:

    1. Search requests that you either entered yourself or were included on

    2. Review requests you were CC'd on.  This is especially helpful for School-based Technology Coordinators (SBTC) at each school since they are included on each ticket opened at their respective school.

    3. Filter by the current ticket status.

    4. Review each ticket.
