Zendesk Portal: Viewing tickets you are CC'd on

Tickets will often have multiple folks involved in its resolution and can be reflected by folks being Carbon Copied (CC'd) on a ticket.  You may review requests you were CC'd on from the ticket status page.  This is especially helpful for School-based Technology Coordinators (SBTC) at each school since they are included on each ticket opened at their respective school.

  1. Navigate and sign in to the Zendesk Portal https://calvertnet.zendesk.com

  2. Once signed in, click the dropdown to the right of your name and choose My activities


  3. Choose the option Requests I'm CC'd on.


  4. You will see the list of tickets that you have been CC'd on.
