- Navigate and sign in to the Zendesk Portal https://calvertnet.zendesk.com
- Once signed in, click the dropdown to the right of your name and choose My activities
- Select the ticket to provide additional comments.
- Here you may provide comments, attachments and any other updates you would like the help desk team to have.
