Zendesk Portal: Checking the status of your ticket

After a request is submitted to our help desk team, the requester may review, track and update the ticket from the ticket status page.

  1. Navigate and sign in to the Zendesk Portal https://calvertnet.zendesk.com
    **Not sure how to sign in or are a parent wondering who to sign in as?  Visit Zendesk Portal: How to sign in.**

  2. Once signed in, click the dropdown to the right of your name and choose My activities

  3. You will see the list of tickets and their respective status under My requests.
