Your new password must meet be at least eight characters AND contain characters from three of the following four categories:
    • Uppercase characters
    • Lowercase characters
    • Numbers (0 through 9)
    • Non-alphanumeric characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/

  6. If your new password is accepted, you’ll be routed back to Office365 and should begin using that new password for ALL applications that authenticate against Office365 (e.g., your CCPS device, Schoology, etc.).

You may safely close the web page and your password change is complete.

  7. If you are using a CCPS device, please log out of the device and log back in with your new password.

If you experience any issues during this process, please submit a ticket with the help desk team so they can reach out with assistance.
