Zendesk Portal: Searching Tickets

Tickets may be searched from the My Activities page and provides a variety of filters and options including full text searches, status indicators and even "Scope" filtration on CC's and Organization Requests (if authorized).  

To search tickets:

  1. Open the My Activities page

  2. Using this page, search and filter to locate the information you are looking for



    Quick Tip: If the searching does not wield the expected results, including the words fieldvalue: will include the custom fields used by CCPS.

    Example: fieldvalue:"Abraham Simpson" searches the name field



    Example: fieldvalue:98765 searches the student ID field
