When help tickets are submitted, the Help Desk team may request additional information to ensure that the ticket is handled properly. While users can always monitor their email for these notifications from the Help Desk, users may also filter their tickets on the Help Center to view requests "Awaiting your Reply".
This is especially helpful for School-based Technology Coordinators (SBTC) at each school since they are included on each ticket opened at their respective school.
- Navigate and sign in to the Zendesk Portal https://calvertnet.zendesk.com
- Once signed in, click the dropdown to the right of your name and choose My activities
- Choose the option Awaiting your reply from the Status dropdown
- You will see the list of tickets that are sitting in a Pending status awaiting a response from you
